Are you interested in working with modern cloud platforms and automation? How about working with wide variety of projects in private and public sector? We are looking for a Platform Architect to lead a small DevOps team in Ambientia.
We are offering you an opportunity to develop yourself in interesting customer projects and to look after the architecture and network solutions through the whole life cycle of the project. Where the software architect will concentrate on the stack of the project, your focus will be on the platforms that it´s going to be built on. With your work you will be the glue between different participants of the projects and make sure that the end result is a success!
In the beginning of the project you will work closely with the sales consultants. They will need your insight on what kind of technological solutions are possible and recommendable. You will need to have Ambientia´s and the customers best interest in mind. On a daily basis you will communicate with our customers. Your colleagues will help you with the tricky cases and you will also have the warm support of Ambientia´s community to make sure you succeed in your ambitions.
To be a perfect match to this position you should have acquired work experience in architecture design, automation, selling expert work, team leading and project management. Even though you might not be a coder, you need to understand how software is developed and maintained throughout the life cycle. You know the Linux environment like your own pocket´s and you are experienced in using cloud technologies. We are looking for a motivated expert who keeps up to date with the happenings in his area of expertise.

For you homebase you can choose between our Helsinki, Tampere, Hämeenlinna, Turku or Joensuu offices. The job is permanent and will begin in November with an extensive induction. You get to choose your own work equipment´s. You can choose where you work from: home, office or the customers offices.
