Application Development Project Process

Projects typically begin with a planning sprint or discovery phase, which includes service design, UI/UX design, and technical definition.
We typically work using Scrum in two-week sprints, delivering and testing functional increments.

Quality is assured through code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation. For project management we usually use Jira and Confluence, unless the client prefers other tools.
